Top tip. After having applied Liqui-Met Iron or copper and you want a super rust or Verdigris effect, leave the metal to cure overnight before applying Liqui-Met rusting solution.

The reason for this is, if there are still solvents present they will inhibit the acid solution from doing its job. Giving the metal  a little longer to cure will pay off by giving better effects in the long run.
